Elevate your loyalty program experience with our exciting Survey Game! Engage and reward your customers by participating in interactive surveys.
Overview of the dashboard:
The dashboard comprises three primary sections: Active Survey, Past Survey, and Drafts. These sections allow you to monitor and manage active Surveys, access and review previous Survey campaigns, and store pre-designed Survey for future use.
Steps to create a Survey:
Step 1: Click on "Create Survey"
Step 2: You will be directed to the following page where you need to fill in the details:
Survey title: Choose a name that users will see while taking the survey.
Description: Provide a short description of the survey for users to read.
Terms & Conditions: Fill in all the terms and conditions regarding the survey.
Upload Cover Image: Upload an image that you want the users to see when they take the survey.
Prize: Enter the prize that you want to reward your customers
Message: Any message you want to give instead of a reward
(e.g., Better luck next time").
Points: Set the number of loyalty points as a reward for your users.
Coupons: Provide offer coupons as a reward to your users.
Start and End Date: Enter the start and end dates for the survey.
Start and End Time: Enter the start and end times for the survey.
Step 3: Enter questions along with their answer type
Step 4: Select your target audience - tiers
Your survey will be saved in the Drafts section.
Step 5: Click on the "Actions" tab next to your survey.
Here, you will have two options:
Edit Survey: Modify the survey if you have any changes to be made before going live.
Delete Survey: If you do not need the survey anymore you can delete it from here.
