Introduction

Engage and reward your loyal customers with the thrilling Spin the Wheel game in your loyalty program.



Overview of the dashboard

The dashboard comprises three primary sections: Active Campaigns, Past Campaigns, and Drafts. These sections allow you to monitor and manage active campaigns, access and review previous campaigns, and store pre-designed campaigns for future use.


Steps to create a Spin the wheel:


Step 1: Click on "Create Campaign”.



Step 2: You will be directed to a page where you will have to fill in the campaign details:



  • Campaign name: Give a name to your campaign

(Note: This name is for internal reference only).

  • Display Name: Give a name to the campaign that your users will see when playing the game.

  • Select the number of slots: Choose the number of slots you want in your spin-the-win game.

  • Description: Provide a short description of the game for users to understand what is the game about.

  • Terms & Conditions: Fill in all the terms and conditions applicable to the campaign.





  • Total number of spins: Enter the total number of spins you want in the campaign.

  • Total number of spins per customer: Enter the number of spins available per customer for the created campaign.

  • Per day spin: Enter the number of times a user can unlock the wheel on that day.





  • Benefits Distribution: Distribute prizes to your customers, among:

    • Message: Any message you want to give instead of a reward

(e.g., Better luck next time).

  • Points: Specify the number of loyalty points you want to give as a reward to your users.

  • Coupons: Give coupons to the users as a method of reward. (Know more)




Note: Ensure the sum of all the rewards adds up to the total spins you have made available for the campaign


  • Category: Select where you want to publish the campaign.

    • Marketplace: The campaign will be available for the users to unlock using their loyalty points.

    • Delight: Gratify customers with the campaign manually from the dashboard. 



Step 3: Select your target audience:


Selectively target your tiers, by pricing the cost for unlocking the campaign differently.



Your Campaign will be saved in the Drafts section.





Step 4: Click on the "Actions" tab next to your campaign.



Here, you will have three options:

  • Edit Campaign: Modify the campaign if you have to make any changes.

  • View Campaign: View the campaign with all the filled-in details.

  • Activate Campaign: Click on this option to activate the campaign, and it will be instantly visible on your website.
