Introduction:

Overview of the dashboard:

The dashboard comprises three primary sections: Active Cards, Past Campaigns, and Drafts. These sections allow you to monitor and manage active scratch cards, access and review previous scratch card campaigns, and store pre-designed scratch cards for future use.

Steps to create a scratch card:

Step 1: Click on "Add Scratch Card."

Step 2: You will be directed to the following page where you need to fill in the details:

• Scratch Card Name: Give a name for the scratch card 

(Note: This name is for your internal reference only)

• Display Name: Choose a name that users will see when they unlock the scratch card

• Description: Provide a short description of the scratch card for users to read

• Terms & Conditions: Fill in all the terms and conditions that you want your users to know

• Scratch Card Background: From various background design options select one.

• Distribution Type: You can choose to distribute the scratch card sequentially or randomly to the end users.

• Total Number of Scratches: Enter the total number of scratches you want to create for your customers.

• Benefits Distribution: Specify different types of prizes you want to give to your customers, including:

  • Message: Any message you want to give instead of a reward

• Points: Set the number of loyalty points as a reward for your users.

• Coupons: Provide offer coupons as a reward to your users. (Know more)

Note: Ensure you add different rewards so that you utilize the total number of scratches available.

• Scratches per User: Determine the total number of scratches you want to provide per user.

• Category: Choose where you want to create the scratch card.

  • Marketplace: The scratch card will be available for all users joining the loyalty program, and they can use it in the Game Arena.

  • Delight: Scratch cards are specifically provided for particular customers as a part of the reward for the inconvenience that happened to them.

Once you have filled in all the details, click on "Next."

Step 3: Select your target audience:

Target your audience selectively, by pricing the scratch card differently for each tier.

Click on the "Save" button.

Your scratch card will be saved in the Drafts section.

Step 4: Click on the "Actions" tab next to your scratch card.

Here, you will have three options:

• Edit Card: Modify the card according to your requirements.

• View Card: See the card with all the filled-in details.

• Activate Card: Click on this option to activate the card, and it will be instantly visible on your website.
