Introduction

This article provides a comprehensive explanation of how Uloyal’s referral program operates, including the various options for sharing referrals and the configurable settings within the program.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard consists of two tabs: Configuration and Referral Activity. In the Configuration tab, you have the ability to offer rewards such as points or coupons to users. The Referral Activity tab provides information about the users involved in the referral program.

Configuration

In this section, you will be able to customize the rewards that you would like to give to the referring user and the referred user.

Referral Incentive

Personalize the incentive for your users

• Referrer: Determine the type of reward you wish to provide, such as points or coupons.

• Referred User: Specify the offer or reward you would like to give to the new customer.

Fallback Benefit 

If all the coupons generated for the referral section are used up, you have the option to allocate a specific number of points as a reward for the new customer.
