Points

This section will allow you to configure the earn-and-burn mechanism of our points-based loyalty program.

Earn Points :

Our loyalty program gives you the ability to reward your customers for making a purchase from your website. This section allows you to set the give-back gratification to your customers in terms of points basis on their order value.

Example: If you have fixed the earning mechanism to 10%, then if your user spends ₹100, the user will earn 10 points as a reward for making the purchase (these points can be redeemed for discounts)

When will the customer receive their reward points?

  • Order placed: The reward points will be given when the user places the order.

  • Order fulfilled: The reward points will be given when the merchant marks the order as fulfilled.

You also have the option to decide when the points will be credited to the user -

  • Immediately: Points will be credited to your customer's wallet immediately once the order has been placed/fulfilled.

  • After 2 days: Points will be credited to your customer's wallet after 2 days once the order has been placed/fulfilled

  • Custom duration:  Points will be credited to your customers wallets after a custom duration.

Points for discounts:

Your customers can redeem the points they have for actual flat discount codes. This is the section where they can configure the points to currency ratio.

For example, : One customer has 100 points and you have set the points to currency ratio as 1 point = $1, then the customer will be able to redeem these 100 points for a flat discount coupon ranging between $1 to $100

You can set the limits for customers to generate discount coupons

  • Minimum points required: It is the minimum number of points required for a user to create a coupon

  • Maximum Redeemable points: This is the maximum number of points you want the customer to redeem at a time

  • Minimum order Value: You can set the minimum order value for generating discount coupons

  • Coupon Validity: You can set the validity of the coupon by setting the number of days you want in coupon validity

Points Branding

Points Currency

Here, merchants have the option to customize the name of their reward points.

For example, you can set the name of your points

  • Plural = Credos

  • Singular: Credo

You can also modify the points currency icon by either selecting one of the system-generated icons or uploading your own.

Points Expiry:

This is where you can manage when your customer's points expire.

For example, if you set the expiry duration to 90 days, if a customer earns some points today but does not use them, the points will expire after 90 days.
