Coupon Usage
It categorizes total coupons into unlocked coupons, viewed codes, and redeemed coupons. Furthermore, it presents coupon data graphically, enhancing comprehension.
Tier distribution
It pertains to the distribution of customers among different tiers of the loyalty program, including Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. This data reveals the range of engagement levels within your customer base, providing insights into active participation and the progression through the loyalty ecosystem.
Earn and Burn Section
The "Earn and Burn" module is a fundamental aspect of our loyalty program, represented visually through dynamic graphs. The "Earn" graph showcases the accumulation of points as customers engage with your brand, reflecting their growing rewards over time. Conversely, the "Burn" graph illustrates the redemption of these earned points for exciting rewards or discounts

The graph below shows the total number of points earned and burned on any given day. It gives a detailed insight into the customer's activity based on their usage of points.

Our "Order Count" feature provides a concise visual representation of daily order activity.
Order Amount:
The Order Amount feature offers a concise graphical overview of daily sales performance. This visual representation provides a snapshot of revenue generation, highlighting high-impact days and potential trends.
Loyalty
Uploaded coupon type distribution :
Coupons are uploaded to marketplaces, used for various campaigns, and custom coupons are created. These data on coupon distribution are depicted in the pie chart.
Coupons unlocked, codes viewed, and redeemed:
The trio of "Coupons Unlocked, Code Viewed, and Redeemed" encapsulates the journey of customer engagement in our loyalty program. "Coupons Unlocked" signifies the coupons unlocked by customers.
